Had engine problem on road trip. Was advised to get checked at dealership. Ends up there was a recall in January which I don't recall receiving. Because of this situation I had to rent a car which cost me $325.

The oil change and routine maintenance were taken care of. I have a slow leak in a tire and asked that it be checked. I was told they could not find a leak but the tire started leaking air on my way home.

The service man I use is Donald and he always answers any questions I may have. I had seemed to have misplaced all my warranty paperwork and a gentleman who is in charge of this, printed me out what I needed to have on hand and it was appreciated very much.

I explained that I wanted my automobile to be serviced. I am driving out of the country and don't want any issues. I mentioned to have things fixed that they checked. For that part of the service, it was great. However, On my bill were items listed as declined by owner. I did not decline them and wish they had addressed issues with brakes, rear tire, and rotors. They were at a minimal state and as previously stated, I am going out of the country. I wish they had fixed those items, while the car was in for service, or at least called me so I could tell them I wanted them done,

My Silverado was in for routine maintenance along with two warranty items. My navigation system does not connect and a message states that the SD card has been removed . Not true- a new card is ordered which means another trip to the dealer. Also my radio has had an intermittent problem when I first start the truck it will go on and off about 4 times before it stays on. The radio has been replaced and then the new one re-programmed but it did it again.
